Solution overview


The flue gas heavy metal analyzer, based on the US EPA IO-3.3 standard method, utilizes XRF non-destructive testing technology and flue gas automatic enrichment technology to achieve accurate measurement of the content of heavy metal components such as lead, mercury, cadmium, chromium, and arsenic in flue gas. It can be widely used for smoke monitoring in waste incineration plants, cement plants, thermal power plants, and other occasions.



Solution composition


PMMS-6000 adopts X-ray fluorescence method, and the system includes a particle enrichment module, a film rolling module, an analysis module, and a control module. The system consists of an automatic filter membrane filtration system for enriching metal particles and automatically changing their positions, as well as an XRF analysis system for precise multi-element analysis of the enriched material in the filter membrane.
