Product Introduction:

The XSY-BL30 ultra-low dust online monitoring system is designed for continuous measurement of ultra-low concentration particulate matter with fixed pollution source smoke emissions below 50mg/m3. The dual measurement principle combining beta ray absorption method and light scattering method is adopted to achieve automatic measurement of ultra-low smoke concentration in flue gas emissions. It has the characteristics of high measurement accuracy, strong anti-interference ability, and is not affected by changes in particle size, color, chemical composition, or environmental factors such as smoke humidity, temperature, and pressure. Suitable for measuring smoke concentration in fixed pollution source flue gas ducts with low smoke concentration, low flue gas temperature, and high flue gas humidity at the "two lows and one high" site.

Product features:

Adopting the dual measurement principles of beta ray method and light scattering method, accurate continuous measurement of ultra-low concentration of smoke and dust is achieved;

Using internal reference method to achieve reference calibration and linear correction of β - ray method for light scattering method;

Isokinetic sampling technology reduces sampling errors;

The sampling system adopts full process high-temperature heat tracing to prevent the condensation of "ultra-low concentration smoke and dust" particles;

Special pipeline cleaning technology to prevent particle deposition in sampling probes and pipelines;

In addition to being used in conventional CEMS systems, it can also be applied in the following situations without being affected by humidity: thermal power plants, sludge incineration plants, waste incineration plants (urban waste, industrial waste, and hazardous waste), cement, metallurgy, chemical, papermaking, glass manufacturing, and food processing industries, ultra-low concentration smoke emission measurement, smoke measurement after wet electrostatic precipitator, smoke measurement at the system outlet after wet desulfurization, smoke sampling for analyzing heavy metals, dust concentration measurement and process control during the process.
