Product Introduction: The GBLA-500 ammonia escape integrated online monitoring system (NH3, NO, O2) is based on the principles of tunable semiconductor laser absorption spectroscopy (TDLAS) and ultraviolet differential absorption spectroscopy (DOAS) technology. The system consists of three main parts: preprocessing, gas analysis module, and data processing and display. The tested gas undergoes high-temperature sampling probe dust removal, high-temperature transmission through heat tracing pipes, and enters the high-temperature gas analysis module (TDLAS+DO-AS technology) for analysis and measurement. Effectively solved technical problems such as blockage of the flow path caused by low-temperature crystallization of ammonium salts, low measurement accuracy due to the precipitation and dissolution of NH3 in condensed water, and inability to measure due to high dust attenuation in the in-situ system optical path. Product features: Single line spectroscopy absorption technology avoids background gas interference, has a low detection limit, and has a small range drift; Heat tracing above 220 ℃ to avoid ammonium salt crystallization and water absorption; Compact structure, easy to install, high degree of automation, and low maintenance; Integrating multiple parameters into the same system while maintaining low measurement costs. Product application: Suitable for ammonia escape emission monitoring and process control of SCR or SNCR denitrification devices, including coal-fired power plants, aluminum plants, steel plants, smelters, glass plants, waste to energy plants, cement plants, chemical plants, etc. Product specifications:
