Product Introduction: The ZBLA-500 continuous monitoring system for flue gas emissions (in situ) consists of four basic parts: smoke and dust monitoring subsystem, gaseous pollutant monitoring subsystem, flue gas parameter monitoring subsystem, and system control and data acquisition and processing subsystem. It can monitor parameters such as SO2, NOx, O2, dust, temperature, pressure, flow rate, etc. in gases, and can also be extended to monitor parameters such as HCl, HF, CO, CO2, humidity, etc. for specific occasions. The tested gas is directly sent to the high-temperature gas analysis module (DOAS technology) for analysis and measurement after dust removal by the sampling probe. Without a heat tracing tube and condenser, it has a fast response time and effectively solves technical problems such as low measurement results caused by water precipitation and absorption of SO2 in the condensation method, especially in low concentration measurement situations. Product features: The use of ultraviolet absorption spectroscopy gas analysis technology and chemometric algorithms is currently an advanced online analysis method for gases such as NOx, with a detection limit of 1mg/m3; By using holographic grating spectroscopy and diode array detection, a complete continuous absorption spectrum is obtained with high resolution, ensuring low detection limit, small temperature drift, and fast response time; No condensation process, avoiding the absorption of SO2 by condensed water and resulting in low measurement, which can truly reflect the working conditions; No heat tracing tube, fast response time, low cost; Compared with the extraction method, the analyzer has the advantages of accurate measurement, high reliability, low investment cost, and fast response speed; Compared with the in-situ method, the analyzer has advantages such as online calibration, small measurement value fluctuations, high reliability, and simple equipment maintenance.
