Product Introduction: The SBLC-3200 continuous monitoring system for flue gas emissions (dilution method) consists of four basic parts: smoke monitoring subsystem, gaseous pollutant monitoring subsystem, flue gas parameter monitoring subsystem, and system control and data processing subsystem. It can monitor parameters such as SO2, NOx, O2, dust, temperature, pressure, flow rate, humidity, etc. in gases. The measured gas is filtered by the sampling probe filter, diluted in a fixed ratio through the probe, and then enters the analyzer for measurement through the sampling tube. The analyzer uses ultraviolet fluorescence method to measure SO2 component and chemiluminescence method to measure NOx component, both of which can accurately measure ppb level gaseous pollutants. The dilution gas used for diluting flue gas samples is high dehumidification and dust removal gas. After a fixed proportion dilution of flue gas samples, the dew point of the diluted sample gas can be guaranteed to be around -30 ℃. Therefore, the sampling tube does not need to be heated throughout the process, which not only effectively solves the technical problems of low measurement results caused by the dilution of SO2 in condensation water analysis, but also solves the high operating costs and safety hazards caused by the full heating measurement of hot and wet methods. Product features: The product smoke does not require full high-temperature heating or condensation dehumidification; The heat tracing tube directly uses polytetrafluoroethylene tube, without the need for full heat tracing, saving costs and avoiding safety hazards; When the distance between the monitoring point and the analysis cabin exceeds 70m, conventional heat tracing pipes cannot be used, and the dilution method monitoring system is not affected; The ultraviolet fluorescence method and chemiluminescence method have significant advantages in measuring gaseous pollutants in the field of ultra-low measurement; It can achieve full process calibration and backend calibration.
